Refund Policy

1. Service Engagements

For security assessment and consulting services, payment terms and cancellation policies are specified in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW) or Order Form. Generally, the following applies:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus any administrative fees.
  • Cancellation after work has started: Refund proportional to the uncompleted portion of the work, minus any costs already incurred.
  • Completed engagements: No refund is issued once deliverables have been provided.

2. 24-Hour Exploitable Risk Audit Guarantee

Our 24-Hour Exploitable Risk Audit comes with a delivery guarantee: if we do not deliver the full report, proof of vulnerabilities, and prioritized fix plan within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the audit is provided at no charge. This guarantee applies exclusively to the 24-Hour Exploitable Risk Audit service.

3. Software Subscriptions

For platform subscriptions (GARD GRC, GARD vCISO, GARD Awareness, GARD_Academy), the following applies:

  • Monthly subscriptions: May be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
  • Annual subscriptions: May be cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated for the remaining months, minus any usage already rendered.

4. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including downloadable reports and course materials, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@gardcyber.com with your name, invoice or order number, and reason for the request. We will process your request within 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.
